DareDevil Duke & His Dixie Band

    DareDevil Duke & His Dixieland Band have performed for enthusiastic audiences throughout the Oklahoma region, from Tulsa’s Mayfest and Greenwood Jazz Festival to Miami’s own Designs of Autumn Festival.  They have also made appearances in Bartlesville at the OK Mozart International Festival, all four campuses of Tulsa Community College, and have performed for ‘standing room only’ crowds for the Fat Tuesday Mardi Gras Celebrations at Tulsa’s Bourbon Street Cafés. 

    Founded in 1994, this six piece ensemble plays “Top 40 Favorites of the 1910’s, 20’s, 30’s & 40’s.” A traditional dixieland band, DareDevil Duke       plays all of the old time standards, like “Bill Bailey Won’t You Please Come Home,” “Indiana,” “Ain’t Misbehavin’,” “Muskrat Ramble,” “That’s-A-Plenty,” “The Washington and Lee Swing,” and “When the Saints Go Marching In.”  Many times the band enjoys themselves so much, you will hear them break out in song.  So come and enjoy the toe-tapping music from DareDevil Duke & His Dixie Band.
